Rudolf Kessler
Rudolf is geboren te Slawi, Java op 14 oktober 1924 als zoon van Jacob Roelof Kessler en Carolina Helena Schumacher. Hij doorliep de basisschool van 1931 t/m 1938 om vervolgens te beginnen aan de HBS, in Den Haag to 1943. Hij volgde de Technische School van Motoren voor Handelsscheepen in het schooljaar 1943 - 1944 in Amsterdam en volgde nog verschillende opleidingen in Accounting en Handelscorrespondentie van 1945 t/m 1947 . Hij trouwde met Alida Yohanna van Eck. Zij krijgen samen een dochter genaamd Mieke Desirée en woonden begin jaren vijftig in Amsterdam. Rudolf werkte onder andere bij:
C. van Klaveren Exporteurs van tulpenbollen te Lisse in de administratie van 1947 tot 1948
• Machine en IJzer Fabriek G.H. Broekman te Amsterdam als als Chefpersoneel van 1948 tot 1952.
• Drukkersfabriek MERCEDES te Amsterdam in de administratie van 1952 tot 1954
Rudolf emigreerde in november 1954 naar Venezuela. Echtgenote Alida en dochter Mieke volgden in maart 1955. Op 9 oktober 1957 wordt het gezin met zoon Roelof Ernst uitgebreid. Rudolf heeft altijd op kantoor gewerkt bij de administratie van verschillende bedrijven. In Caracas heeft hij nog vele jaren gewerkt bij de Hollandse Bank Unie. Later is hij bij diverse verzekeringsmaatschappijen aan de slag gegaan. Overzicht van werkgevers:

Zoon Roelof Ernst komt op 17 februari 1984 om het leven na een motorongeluk in Caracas. Dochter Mieke trouwde Roland Martin Starke op 26 juli 1976. Zij kregen samen dochter Désirée Cynthia Starke. Het echtpaar scheidde weer in 2005. Dochter Désirée woont momenteel in Cabarete, República Dominicana en leeft samen met David Ascanio een bekende birdwatcherguide voor Ventours, een Amerikaanse toeristenzaak.
Rudolf overleed op 3 augustus 2007 in Caracas op 82 jarige leeftijd. Alida overleed op 9 januari 2019, op 94 jarige leeftijd.
Rudolf was born in Slawi, Java on October 14, 1924 as son of Jacob Roelof Kessler and Carolina Helena Schumacher. He attended primary school from 1931 to 1938 to start at the HBS, The Hague until 1943. He then attended the Technical School of Motors for Handelscheepen in early 1943 - 1944 in Amsterdam and continued several courses in Accounting and Commercial Correspondence from 1945 to 1947 . He met Alida Yohanna van Eck. Together they have a daughter named Mieke Desirée and lived in Amsterdam in the early fifties. Rudolf worked for, among others:

• Machine en IJzer Fabriek G.H. Broekman te Amsterdam als chief of staff from 1948 till 1952.
• Printingfactory MERCEDES in Amsterdam as employee administration from 1952 till 1954
Rudolf emigrated to Venezuela in November 1954. Wife Alida and daughter Mieke followed in March 1955. On October 9, 1957 the family is expanded with son Roelof Ernst. Rudolf has always worked in the office at the administration of various companies. In Caracas he worked for the Hollandse Bank Unie for many years. Son Roelof Ernst died on February 17, 1984 after a motorcycle accident in Caracas. Daughter Mieke married Roland Martin Starke on July 26, 1976. They had daughter Désirée Cynthia Starke together. The couple divorced again in 2005. Daughter Désirée currently lives in Cabarete, República Dominicana and lives with David Ascanio, a well-known birdwatcher guide for Ventours, an American tourist business. Rudolf died on August 3, 2007 in Caracas at the age of 82. Alida passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 94.
